2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the trader and consumers via the online store www.cartellashop.eu.
By placing an order, the consumer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions prior to concluding the contract.
These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection legislation, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Products
Products offered in the online store are intended exclusively for cosmetic use or for the manufacture of finished cosmetic products.
The trader does not provide any medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly displayed before the order is placed.
The price applicable is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the trader by email at:

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
9. Uncollected Shipments
Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.
The trader may deduct delivery and return costs from any refund.
10. Liability
The trader is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products or use contrary to instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Contracts are governed by EU law and the law of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence.
Consumers may submit complaints via email.
Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
