Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

Conditions for Returns

The goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the nature of the goods makes this impossible.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Please ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price of the goods, including standard delivery charges (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent the goods back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Non-Collection of Packages
If you do not collect your order (e.g., from a parcel locker or delivery point), this does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from any refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at sales@cartellashop.eu with details and photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
